Public Relations Consulting

1Asset 3

Over the past 15 years,  I’ve promoted countless companies in the K-12 education space. I’ve also worked as a publisher, responding to pitches from PR agencies. I’m dialed-in to all the facets of communication in the education industry, and it probably doesn’t hurt that I’m also passionate about it!

Maia Appleby, Public Relations Consultant

Maia Appleby Communications and Public Relations

As a public relations and brand consultant, I’m not just about writing press releases and boring pitches — I’m focused on taking a good look at my client’s work, finding those “nuggets” that make it unique, valuable and newsworthy, and building innovative channels to reach the desired audience.

Consultants, startups and small organizations have some of the nicest people and best ideas, but they don’t always have the budget and bandwidth to do a lot of public relations work. My goal is to fill that gap and get them publicity and media opportunities at a fraction of a PR agency’s price.

If you’d like to discuss working with me, please reach out. I’d love to learn about you and your business!
